 No wonder the power was out. Power for Yawp.com, home of sites for Iowa Citizen Action Network, Third Eye Over Iowa, and others, was out until Sunday.

 While Tony's Grill was badly damaged, it's brown neighbor faired far better with only window damage and some banged up roof vents.

 The Mill Restaurant. According to reports, the beer kept flowing and the band kept on playing inside oblivious to the tornado outside. Rock on, citizens.
 Johnson Courthouse, a historic victorian house with law offices, and flipped-over car. This was a scant one hundred feet from The Mill Restaurant. Nearby, the Liquor House's east wall collapsed, permitting looters to enter.
